Where would you cut weight in you car if it were for race only and didn't have the money to spend on fiberglass?

My Demon already has a fiberglass hood, and no passenger seat. The rear seat is still there but needs to come out, and a firewall installed.
I've heard of people cutting pieces out of their doors that saved a bunch. Not sure what they chopped out. Pictures would be good.

Looking for sugestions.

Well, let's see...

On my car, I have a fiberglass hood. The car weighs 2810 with me in it.

I've removed the interior aside from a single fiberglass seat.
Removed all the carpet, insulation and sound deadener.
Removed the dashboard.
Removed the door panels.
Moved the battery to the trunk.
Replaced the gas tank with a fuel cell.
Removed the heater core.
Removed the windshield wiper motor.
Removed the windshield wipers.
Removed the outside mirrors.
Removed part of the headliner (I never finished).
Removed the interior panels (kickplates, whatever).
Installed lightweight rims (Weld).
Will be installing a lighter master cylinder.
Will be ditching the front drum brakes for Wilwood discs.
