I was out of the track this past weekend, there's a big sign out in front that says something like "Coming This Fall - Adult Condos". I asked the guy at the gate about it, he was grumpy as usual and didn't say much. The Tech guy told me that they're pretty much working week-to-week and don't know when it'll be closed.
HOWEVER, this past Sunday was an "Outlaw" race, and from what I've ready from people who were there, they got the impression that that was the last day the place would be open.
We'll just have to wait and see, I guess. It's pretty much a done deal, though.
